Monitoring Task Manager while playing shows that the game uses about 8-10GB of RAM when the game launches, and this steadily increases over 15-45 minutes to upwards of 25-30gb and eventually crashes ...

Here's the error:
Have already tried:
- Closing background applications
- Reducing in-game graphics settings
- Updating GPU drivers
- Running Windows Update
- sfc /scannow
- Enabling ReBAR in BIOS
- Uninstalling leftover "Skate CPT" from playtest
And monitoring with GPU-Z doesn't show the card running out of VRAM at the time of the crash; it seemingly happens out of nowhere (or is perhaps related to system RAM).
