Cutting corners and parklife not working

I've completed both speedline missions on the Isle of grom "cutting corners and parklife" and it shows afterwards that I didn't complete them and didn't receive the tix for it either. I struggled for days trying to beat parklife and to find out after I didn't get credit for it makes me not want to play anymore. Especially when my issue from 3 weeks ago still hasn't been resolved.
