Daily tasks not working [Video Included]

I have paid for the season pass and I can't even do my dailys, I would like to please be compensated for this issue, why should we pay for a premium pass and not even claim our rewards? 

 

As you can see in the clip I have a x4 multiplier and score is not counting for the task and same with nose manualing.

My friends have done there dailys but I'm locked??? 

Tried doing challenges they didn't work and also reinstalled the game and the issue still persists

    Same situation here, 3th day and its still dont work. Bought pass and cant even level it, EA just love to spit on our faces

    same issue for me, bought the pass and am missing out on progression because I cant do the daily tasks. Currently one of the only way to get Tix and I cant even do it.

    Soooo! i have just been told if you are in game when it refreshes the challanges this happens, and i was online at 5:59 onwards UK time...... will test today

    Same for me and paid for season pass so gutted ive lost out.
