Didn't Receive RIP Score Rewards

When i leveled up a district and opened the store to get my rewards,  i also leveled up my rip score and when i went to the store to get my district rewards i also "received" my rip score rewards (graffiti 10 banner and just vibin title) as i seen them in the rewards thingy at the bottom. but when i went to equip them, they weren't there. when i checked my rip score, it said i wasn't the right score (it didn't register the score i had just received) and that i was still 50 off, so when i got that 50 again it finally gave me the rip score level up screen i didn't get before but also gave me a bit more score then i was supposed to get form that one mission i did. (assuming it was what i supposed to have initially plus the mission i just did) in that level up screen i "received" the rewards in question. as I'm sure you can guess, i still didn't.

a little concerning since now i passed that level for sure there is no way for me to get the rewards unless the its given to me directly or the game itself is able to recognize I'm missing rewards I'm suppose to have.
