Don’t undertand why I see ID_ on everything

For some weird reason my game has all options with their ID names for example they in the menu it’s “IDMenuSettings” and all kinds stuff with ID_i I 

I can’t see the instructions neither the tricks test names, not even the bottoms for access. I erased the game 3 times already but I don’t see anything happening.
