EA taking my currency

I was buying the free currency from the battle pass I started at the free 250 and as I go to 300 I bought a board using the free coins for the battle pass and it reset my pink currency down to 150 and didn’t even give me the board. 

I reset my game and it still didn’t give me anything back and I still don’t own the board, I have a clip of it happening.
