Error message going into a party with friends and teleportation bug

For almost a week now, every day I have been playing the game and trying to join a friends party is nearly impossible. Whenever I try to join my friends party or if they try to join mine, we all get the same error message. We have tried closing out of the game and loading back in, we've tried restarting our console, and we have even uninstalled the game and installed it again and still getting that error message despite trying different things. It isn't an issue with the lobby being full or the party being closed or us appearing offline. Last night it took us over an hour and even then not all of us could join the party, only was able to have 2/4 in the party. With teleporting to friends, before even the first update came out, my friend and I were able to teleport to each other without an issue. With the new updates that came out, none of us can teleport, even with a specific mission where it tells us we HAVE to teleport, it still will not work at all. I love the game a lot and you can do all of this if you're playing by yourself, but once you try to have friends in the same party as you, a lot of stuff will not work.
