Full pull tour FROZEN

Hello, I am experiencing my Hedgemont not working. Anytime I tried to access from Skateshop from the Menu it won't load. I cannot untrack or track my challenge for Full Pull Tour. Seems to be frozen even after restarting and reinstalling game. The other two cities in the map seem to be working perfectly fine. 

Would like to have the first city working. Nothing appears and have access to no challenges.
