i have had some of the same issues im on an intel cpu with a nividia gpu and when i boot the game up, it white screens about 40% of the time, and i have to reboot the entire pc (sometimes if i mash ctrl alt delete, it will force my pc to respond and let me close the game in task manager) and yes i have also repaired & reinstalled multiple times. This has to be a game issue if different builds of pcs are having same issues.
