Game stole 1000 SVB

I bought the premium pass for 1000 svb. It charged me 2000. It did not give me any of the "9+ collector's items" either. Please return my 1000 SVB or my actual money used to buy the SVB. One of your reps tried to tell me I hit the wrong button and bought the premium+. No way. This is literally stealing. 

I have video proof but your site is taking 30 minutes to try and upload it. I am happy to send video to whoever is in a position to help me.
