Game thinks im on a PS4 controller
I am using a xbox controller a newer one and the game thinks im using a PS4 controller and i cant stop rolling not sure if this is related to thinking im on a different controller.

Posting my solution just in case it can help anyone else.
If you're on a Hall Effect (HE) keyboard, you might want to disable it being detected as a controller entirely on steam.
Device Manager -> Human Interface Devices -> HID-compliant game controller (Right Click and disable this).
Then turn your controller on/plug your controller back in.
