Game will only display correct resolution in windowed mode.

Ive noticed when playing on my main PC rig the game is in the correct resolution (1920x1080 in fullscreen) however, when playing on my laptop (which has a higher resolution of 2880x1800) that the game wont switch from 640x480.  This makes everything super compressed and stretched.
