Glitched out of bounds//semi-permanent softlock

Would love to say I know any steps to replicate this one.  Was skating nearby an ice cream truck in Gullcrest on the map and glitched under the ground.  Upon fast traveling I am still locked under the ground, upon resetting to marker I am still under the ground.  Camera is placed where I should have spawned and does not move, despite the fact that I am ostensibly doing tricks/dives under the map (score shows and fall time shows) replay viewer similarly broken, only view no matter what camera is selected is a view of the underside of the board that slowly zooms in on the board even when replay is fullu paused.  Camera is also immovable in replay. 

Upon closing and restarting game a crunching static noise can be heard, then wind rushing.  Screen stays black for quite a while, then character is reset to appropriate location.

Attached is an image of replay viewer as well as an image of ui with over a minute of fall time for proof.
