Grind score task doesn’t increase

In Weekly 4, the task “Earn score with grinds” has no clear condition. What actually makes it go up.
I’m at 63,222 / 100,000, and whether I do basic grinds or stack complex tricks, I check every time and it doesn’t increase at all. Not even by 1.
Sometimes it used to go up, sometimes it didn’t, and there’s zero consistency. I have no idea what the requirement is.
Every other task works fine and is already completed.
Is this bad design or just bugged. Or is this one of those “figure it out yourself” tasks.
