HALLOWEEN EVENT STILL BUGGED

im not the only person to deal with this bug, there is 8 days left and I am very upset this hasn't been fixed and will be even more upset if it does not get fixed and I lose out on the event. I almost platinum the game already so as you can see I do quiet enjoy it. since the first day the event was out I completed the event and at this point just been waiting since it says I only completed 10 out of 12 missions for it when I have screenshots of me completing all 3 with all goals done. im waiting for it to go through and give me my reward. but for days and days even with me reporting it seems like it still has not been fixed. this is making me upset and lose interest in playing, nor will I continue to play if the problem isn't fixed and I lose out on my rewards for this said event
