Hard locked in Hedgemont

I did the own the spot challenge in Hedgemont, went to the store, and now my game is stuck. Vee says her voiceline prompting me to open the map, but when I do the map immediately closes and restarts the voiceline constantly. I can’t move or look around as the controls are unresponsive. I restarted my game and ps5, deleted and redownloaded skate, and went to my settings to clear the save data. The farthest I can get is the other menu options but teleporting or joining a party doesn’t fix it. All the missions are locked so I can’t fast travel. My friend invited me to a session but I can’t join that either and if I teleport I’m stuck in the same glitch just a different location. When I’m in the menu if I switch to the map tab it starts again.
