I am stuck. Need server reset

Every time I start the game, it’s starting me behind walls and a ceiling, and I can’t get out. It looks like construction for a new park or something happened while I wasn’t playing and now I’m trapped.

I tried resetting the game, uninstalling, reinstalling, deleting the cachet, etc. but nothing seems to work. Can you do a server reset so I can start fresh somewhere and have the ability to play?
