I am unable to play game stuck in a loop on the map

I completed two missions since I first joined the city and after I did those two I am now stuck in a a loop where I hear the same narriation going on in the background that forces me to listen to and makes me open my map up to repeat the loop over and over again.

nothing I do stops the loop and I can’t play or anything I tried deleting the game and redownload also didn’t help either
