I was given the wrong item from a product box and was charged san van bucks
I was just opening some boxes and was given a board from the shop and was charged for it instead of it giving me an item that was in the box

Same thing happend to me!! I was saving up my san van bucks for something i actually wanted and now theyre all gone. This is seriously messed up and i want all my san van bucks to be refunded.
They seriously need to reset all the SVB purchases in this patch until this is fixed, this is REALLY BAD
The game just straight up takes your money. Geeze this is really really messed up. I hope people get refunds for this.
I'm worried this may have happened to me as well, cuz i often open a bunch of boxes at a time without really paying attention 😅

Only difference is that I was purchasing from the skate.Pass, but it was the exact same board art. Hoping this gets resolved! 🤞
