I'm stuck repping the Daks and I can't switch

I wanted to change the crew to be either the SV Locs or the DLC, but its not letting me change. Can someone look into this?

Thanks for confirming! Currently it's not possible to change who you're repping if you've maxed out all neighborhoods since it's only a visual change at that point. That being said, wanting to rep your favourite crew is understandable, so we're taking this as feedback.
