this has been a recurring issue for a very long time now, im on PC so it might be different but I noticed I get stutters when im scrubbing through the timeline just like you showed in the video but after I export the video the stutters are no longer present in the file, which is good but also bad because most serious filmers prefer screen recording the replay at a higher quality like 4k because the games export rendering is very bad specially at 4k. There is a massive community who share clips and EA needs to fix the stutters once and for all.
