Level up- & purchase error- problem

Level up-& purchase error- problem

I can't buy an ingame skate shop item it says "PURCHASE Unspecified error occurred." And I think that's related to my RIP SCORE level [XX249/XX250] The game doesn't want me to go up in the RS level.
