Line mission: Flip out by the shop.

The line mission Flip Out asks for a double flip trick over a gap, but there is not enough room to get the speed and height needed to do this so the mission cannot be completed 100%. I have tried a bunch of different approaches and even manually making my character do two kick-flips but it will not trigger on that, nor will it let you hold the flip trick to do a double kick-flip.
