Local legends mission not ending

Hi I am making this post to see if anyone else has had this problem. So I finished all the parts to the local legend mission and even received the rewards for it, but it doesn’t check mark the mission and fully leave. Another problem this has led to is it will not allow me to select other missions to complete. And now everytime I do a challenge Izzy goes on rambling about the same thing but nothing happens. I’ve done things such as restart, verify files, uninstall and reinstall. I want to keep this account as this is pretty far through the campaign and I have the skater insider exclusive items. If anyone has had a similar problem please lmk what you did.
