LOOT BOXES BLOCKED

Loot Boxes not opening. Playing on Xbox.  I’ve got over 20k rip chips & shows I’m eligible to open my next boxes but they are all blacked out & wont let me access them. I’ve tried going to the extra vert shops designated to the areas, reinstalling the game, signing in & out of my EA account, & still no fix. This has been since season 1. Saw some people had this issue & it fixed itself, but unfortunately not my luck. Definitely would like to unlock more gear so any help the team can give is appreciated. I have attached a video for example if needed.

    If you're Level 8 in Hedgemont, Level 6 in Gullcrest, and Level 5 in Market Mile, then what you're seeing in the second video is normal. Once you further level up the neighbourhoods, the corresponding boxes will unlock and you'll be able to spend your Rip Chips on them.

    EA_Kipling​ It looks like that sometimes where the boxes duplicate but for the most part it looks normal like shown in this 2nd video I’m attaching. It still does not let me get the next boxes though, despite having enough rip chips & it indicating that I am ready to open one. It only says the insufficient funds option when it’s duplicated but like the video shown here it won’t even let me click to open the next box when not duplicated. I’m somehow maxed out at level 6 for Gullcrest, 8 for Hedgemont, & 5 for Market Mile. 

  • HALFCABDAD​ I had a close look at the video and it looks like the boxes are getting duplicated after the 10th box. There are only 10 boxes for Gullcrest so any boxes after that are visual duplicates of boxes you've either fully looted or have not unlocked yet. Still a valid issue that we'll be investigating, thank you for the video!
