Lost Skate Founders Deluxe Pack

I bought the skate founders deluxe pack and one day I got off the game for a bit and got back on to see my whole meat man outfit and the rest of the cosmetics to come with the $50 dollar bundle! Was gone and my San van bucks were put into the negatives and I have negative -1,025!!! Need help getting it back please because I am extremely upset!
