Missing Skate. Insider cosmetic rewards.

As some others have stated I received my 200 van bucks but none of the cosmetic rewards, such as the board and stickers, and no title. I have proof of insider sign up as far back as 2022, as well as 50+ hours on Skate. CPT on the EA App. I currently play early access on steam, but also tried launching on the EA App as some others suggested, sadly it didn't work.
