I know it was stated to be rolling out in waves but I received a playtest/insider reward but it was only 100 San Van Bucks which is cool but not needed atm as I have my 15,000 in credits from the playtests which again is amazing but I'm sadly missing the board and stickers and I believe a grip tape?

I’ve been an insider for quite some time now, using it on the PS5, like others received my in game credits that I’d purchased prior but no cosmetics. All the EA login and accounts are correct. Anyone else had an issue with PS5?
Got the San van bucks but no insider rewards yet
Ive gotten the bucks no insider rewards, contacted ea they want me to post here, tested and enjoyed for hours many emails for my insider status but no luck
I played multiple of the closed tests and haven’t received any of my rewards :(
I was told if i played the playtest before july 27th, I would get a board wheels and ramp. I dont know if the 250 san van bucks are from playtesting. I got email proof that i was accepted before july 27th. I am using EA to play, on the same account i playtested on aswell.
I had only got the 200 sanvan bucks but nothing else and i have proof of the insiders sign up first
insider email from registeringemails from skate.I only received the Deck, the Board-Sticker and the title „skate.-insider“ which i can put on my card. I haven’t received any ramp or wheels for being part of the insider-team.
Wait, what? I never heard anything about wheels or a ramp?
I got 4 stickers though, and one is a wheel and one is a ramp. Maybe you saw a photo of those stickers and got confused?
