I know it was stated to be rolling out in waves but I received a playtest/insider reward but it was only 100 San Van Bucks which is cool but not needed atm as I have my 15,000 in credits from the playtests which again is amazing but I'm sadly missing the board and stickers and I believe a grip tape?

just got the 200 san van bucks not the rewards real bummer
still missing my rewards contacted support 5 days in a row still nothing recieved my 200 san van bucks tho hopefully they fix it soon

Same Issue, I contacted EA support but they said they don't have a process for it. I'm launching through EA client.
They even have a thread on the discord for this exact issue and no one has been helped
I have the same issue. Other people here say that they were told to post on the forums and then they received them but when I talked to ea support they told me to just wait?
I also didn't get my Skate. Insider rewards yet. I haven't received the the items or the San Van Bucks yet unfortunately. I signed up, played in the playtest for a few days, and finally had a chance to hop into Early Access last night. I've closed and reloaded the game a few times, but I still don't have the rewards.
Same issue here. Playtested for many hours only received the San van bucks so far. Hopeful to get the others soon.

i do not have my playtest rewards either tried to launch through EA and didnt receive anything there sadly
