I know it was stated to be rolling out in waves but I received a playtest/insider reward but it was only 100 San Van Bucks which is cool but not needed atm as I have my 15,000 in credits from the playtests which again is amazing but I'm sadly missing the board and stickers and I believe a grip tape?

same, played the playtest multiple times. reported and done multiple surveys. Been playing the early access for a little recently and havently received any of the insider playtest rewards.

I played during the insider too and never received my items/title either, almost been a week since launch. Was told to post here by support team
I got emails about the playtest and even played the playtest before it got available to the public, when it finally came out, I started playing it on steam but didn't notice any rewards and heard that opening the game from the ea app works, but still didn't get anything.
same thing with me hopefully it gets fixed
Happening here too. Got the 200 SV Bucks on day one but none of the other rewards.
