I know it was stated to be rolling out in waves but I received a playtest/insider reward but it was only 100 San Van Bucks which is cool but not needed atm as I have my 15,000 in credits from the playtests which again is amazing but I'm sadly missing the board and stickers and I believe a grip tape?

i am having the same issue i hot 250 san van bucks but i did not get the board or the stickers how do we fix this
done the playtest for so long when there wasnt even any textures - multiple tests and received no rewards at all i hope its a roll out in waves.
Got the same issue, tried opening a case (https://help.ea.com/en/customer-care) but had no luck.

Received my bucks, but still no deck or stickers etc. Was hoping they would come through after maintenance but no avail.
I also didn’t receive my insider rewards
I'm also missing my stuff. Been trying to chat to the chat agents for a few days about getting the SV bucks and the cosmetic rewards from playtesting but nothing has come of it so far, all still missing.
