I know it was stated to be rolling out in waves but I received a playtest/insider reward but it was only 100 San Van Bucks which is cool but not needed atm as I have my 15,000 in credits from the playtests which again is amazing but I'm sadly missing the board and stickers and I believe a grip tape?

I’m also missing the title and deck from the insider program. All I’ve ever gotten was the SVB.
I participated in the playtest and surveys, and have received no insider rewards. I have only recently found this thread despite the game's release being months ago... please help

I’m STILL missing my insider rewards I can’t contact an agent or support I’ve made posts on Reddit and was told to come here
I also did not receive my board. Tried both linked Steam and Ea launcher to no avail. Completed tutorial and no board or other rewards in my inventory.

I think I joined the play test on day 3? But I haven't gotten any rewards. (I may have gotten the SV bucks but I use them as soon as I get them). I'm still missing the trucks, grip tape and board.
