Mission “Don’t Dump Where You Skate” Bug

So for a little over a week now I’ve been stuck on the mission “Don’t Dump Where You Skate”. I’m stuck on step 6/8 and can’t seem to collect trash past 16/17; so the last one. Every time I hop on, I track the mission again and all of the trash just ends up disappearing. It’s very frustrating because I can’t continue my missions and I’ve seen on here and a few YT videos that I’m not the only one with this bug. I was really enjoying this game. I even deleted the game and redownloaded it thinking it would work, but not even. I hope this bug gets fixed soon.
