Mission dialog is looping

I think it is the 3. mission dialog, is looping, so I can't play the game, when I start the game it will start at that mission and will keep looping the dialog, it want's me to open the map for the first time and then the dialog just starts over :'(

I tried to:

Repair the game.

Uninstall / reinstall the game

Log out and ind of my accout (don't know why, I got despret)
