Mission glitched

I’m currently stuck on the mission manual labor it’s got me stuck in the 5/6th step I’ve completed it about 10 times with no luck it says I have all the badges but won’t progress I’ve deleted and reinstalled the game still no luck after completing the mission it spawns me back in the original spot that I was given the mission in
