motion blur visual bug (wheels)
Im currently running the highest graphic settings with motion bur also at the highest quality setting and I noticed recently the motion blur effect on wheels will appear like big blurry squares aroun...
Ideas
I leave motion blur disabled because of this, seems like it just blurs anything that's moving instead of considering *how* something is moving or whether it's actually moving relative to the camera. I know they have to use shortcuts so blur can process efficiently but whatever formula they're using is definitely not it.
