New Controller Bug

The game at any random point will start having input issues, where the input on the controller will become extremely delayed, and unresponsive. Disconnecting the controller, and replugging it in does work, but only for 5< mins. Even after restarting the game, the issue persists.

I know that this isn't an issue with the controller itself, as i often play other controller based games and never run into this problem.
