Not receiving rewards for completed challenges

My friends and i just completed the Manny Down challenge, which took forever, and it's showing as incomplete for all of us, we also did not receive any of the rewards. This is not the first challenge...

I have had this happen as well. It is very annoying. Just had it happen on know the ledges. Struggled through it for a while then finally got it only to find it with not a single goal complete on the map. So I did it again completed all goals, when finished still shows incomplete on the map. Not gonna do it a third time. Stupid blunt side behind the bench is HARD...
