Paid for season pass but have no access to missions or rewards

Ive paid for the season pass and along with all my issues posted in my last request I now have no access to missions to earn any battlepass tokens, as ive paid for this im rather annoyed that youve just taken my money and I don't have anything ive paid for so either refund me or fix the issue ASAP extremely unhappy with the service provided and the lack of attention and fix's
