i have almost the same specs and im getting the same issue. Its very annoying and makes the game feel unplayable. My game is quite litterally in slow motion.
Specs : Intel 11th Gen i7-11700 @ 2.50GHz
RTX 3060
32gb DDR4
Anyone have a fix?
