Pre challenge cutscenes being unskippable for some players.

If you have vee turned off, it works fine✓ cutscenes are skippable. 

If you have vee turned off, but the VO volume and subtitles are on, it work fine ✓ cutscenes are skippable.

If you have vee turned off, the VO volume off, and subtitles off, does not work X cutscenes are mandatory.

 (Other players are stuck in waiting for players for a few seconds until the other person skips)
