Priorities!

So you've got time to add a new event, but not time to fix an ongoing bug that's plaguing the tasks and stopping people from earning the tix? Presumably because you're hoping this will force people to have to buy them!

    Tell me about it, I'm frustrated too. It feels like I hit the bug lottery: Graphics, game doesn't quit when I quit it, daily/weekly and OTL tasks bugged.
    BUT they acknowledged our reports and are working on it™ so they'll take care of technical support and we have to figure out the emotional support ourselves.

    This might sound crazy but I heard rumours there's peeps out there playing on consoles and Non-AMD PCs for whom the game runs completely fine. They don't even know about any struggle and the spring is popping off amazingly for them. The show goes on either we deal with it or not...

  • Same issue here since week 10 update… kind of annoying that I paid for a skate pass I can’t even complete. Would really appreciate for this to get resolved asap. I’m really looking forward to what season 3 brings us but reluctant with my optimism considering all these bugs. Lots of potential for this game but it’s time to put more money and effort into this project. It will pay off if you do it right.

    I guess I'll have to be the one to post the obligatory "Game developers are specialised in what they do and people working on the event may have little or even zero crossover with fixing bugs" comment.

    And now they're saying that Tix won't roll over into the next season 🤷🏻 which won't really matter if we can't earn them anyway 🤷🏻 they better give a hefty pay out of tix when they finally fix this bug as I've missed out on a week's worth of dailies and can't even complete the ones in the pop off event for that currency either and the timer is ticking down so I'm probably not going to be able to get anything else as I can't earn the currencies 🤷🏻

    if they spend your tix for you or they flush them when a new season begins it will make the tix worthless and this will kill their whole monetization gaming loop.

    I have a 5080 Nvidia card, a 9800x3d and my game has been just hard crashing before ever opening all weekend. I tried for 2hrs this morning uninstalling, turning overlays off, verifying files. I got some scary error messages but then my DxDiag was clean as a whistle?

    That’s not how game dev works. Different people work on different elements, and the folks fixing bugs related to tasks wouldn’t be the same folks working on new content. It’d be a madhouse if that was the case.

    I'm on ps5 and weekly it says I finished a task. I quit, login later and task is unfinished. This pop off 3 event yesterday I finished the complete spring pop off challenges, beat all the challenges. Now I log in today it says 0/12. Yesterday it said 22/12.

    Now we have 5 days left in pop off 3 tasks and 5 days til those challenges reset. I tried beating them again but it only counts after the missions reset.
