Product box Softlock Bug (Need help)

I can't earn rip score to progress the end game. More than half the time I open either the Builder Boxes or the DIY Box I get nothing but a title. The number of opened boxes stays the same and I lose the rip chips for that box.

I attached a video below. Notice how before I open the first box it says 4/57. I open a box, I get a title, nothing else, then afterwards it still says 4/57.

Please fix this. It makes me not want to play the game. The dailies is enough of a grind, I don't want my rip chips to go to waste too.

    That's just the way those boxes work, they have X amount of Quick Drop items and an unknown amount of titles. I've opened a little over 30 of the Market Mile ones and half have given me titles. The number on the boxes is the amount of Quick Drop objects available, so when you pull a title it doesn't change the number. Eventually you will get everything from them, but they're essentially just a Rip Chip sink for when you've opened everything else.

    NewFoundRemedy​ Really? Wow... I don't know how to feel about that. I mean, thank you for letting me know it's not a bug! But come on... The effort to reward ratio is insane in that case.

    I really hope there will be other ways to earn rip chips/score in the future because grinding the same daily challenges for just 20-40 rip score per day is just not incentivizing enough.

    If that is really how it's supposed to work then it's hard to distinguish from a bug or needs better in-game explanation why there is no progress on the boxes when you get a title.

    Personally I think the titles from each city's diy drop box should be bundled as a complete package rather than them giving us one each time.

    For example when you open let's say Hedgemont diy drop box and you get a title rather than just giving one, bundle all titles in said product box as a complete set.
