Progress was wiped after linking accounts

I had my primary account on steam, multiple hours played. I wanted to connect to my xbox account for cross progression, and it wiped all my progress on steam and made the xbox the primary account. Is there any fix for this?

    I had the same issue and bought the founders pack deluxe. Lmk if you find a fix

    Wtf EA eat a **bleep** this company can’t go one game without breaking something personal of mine or someone else’s lmk if there’s a fix as well ts sucks gang
