Quick Drop Building Broken... What's Up With That?

It's been such a major issue since the launch of Season 5. It seems as if there is some sort of building privilege restriction placed upon me at times as well as other players for that matter as if the only ones allowed to place anything are the exploiters placing floating ramps way above the clouds at Sumr Camp.

Occasionally, whenever I come across a group of players who've miraculously built a full fledged skate park at the flat spot of Nature Walk in Sumr Camp, I have lots of fun - it's when I try to contribute to place anything, nothing works %90 of the time, and even if you're lucky to place one, you'll have to keep trying your luck at placing another.

Needs patching ASAP!
