Screenshotting game doesn't work

Whenever I take a screenshot with WIN+PrintScreen or use the Xbox screenshot button, it either screenshots the app opened under Skate or just has the screenshots as a fully black screen.

I just want to take screenshots in the game without the replay editor because sometimes I want to screenshot things in the the menus or shop.

When using the snipping tool to screenshot the full screen with Skate. open, Skate. minimizes, then takes the screenshot. Is there a workaround besides taking a photo of the screen with my phone? It seems a bit useless and I hope it can get fixed.
