Seasonal challenge goals are not tracking properly

• Description of the issue: I have completed all 9 seasonal challenges dozens of times with other players over the last couple days, but the seasonal task is saying I have only completed 43 of the 47 total goals currently available.
• Steps to trigger/reproduce the issue: I genuinely don't know.
• Platform: PC - Steam
• Troubleshooting steps already performed:
  • Completing the "Co-op: All Players XXXXX..." goal BEFORE completing any of the other goals
  • Restarting the game
  • Verifying game files
