"See the Horse?" Challenge not showing as completed after doing all requirements.

It is the same for me
I found out there is a time out limit for challenges. if you take too long to do a challenge it doesnt register even after completion. as a temp fix, i restart the challenge after 5-10mins if i havent completed. it seems to solve the problem.
they really need to extend the timeout limit.
