Serious technical issues and unplayable state after recent update
Dear Support Team / Full Circle Developers,
I am writing to express my deep frustration regarding the current state of Skate following the recent update. I recently purchased the Season Pass, but the game has become virtually unplayable for me, resulting in a highly disappointing experience.
To be honest, I have already struggled with a wide variety of different issues and bugs in the past, which had already made the overall gameplay experience quite frustrating. However, the accumulation of all these problems, combined with the fact that the game has now become completely unplayable for me, is the final straw. I feel compelled to officially complain.
Here are the specific issues I am continuously facing since the update:
- Frequent Crashes & Loading Screen Freezes: I cannot play for more than 20 to 30 minutes at a time because the game constantly gets stuck on the loading screen.
- Broken Missions: Missions are not loading properly and are heavily glitched, making it impossible to progress.
- Severe Performance Issues & Lag: The overall gameplay feels incredibly slow and laggy. Even after disabling crossplay, the game does not run smoothly at all.
As a paying customer who bought the Season Pass, I expected a functional and polished product. Because of this ongoing negative experience, I am deeply disappointed and have decided that I will refrain from spending any more money on this game, or playing it at all in the future, unless this is fixed immediately.
Please let me know how these issues will be addressed, or how I can request a refund for the Season Pass since the game is currently broken.
