Session Markers

The session marker is completely busted for me. Holding/tapping the D-Pad have no difference, both inputs seem to set them and return me to the mark. As well as both inputs opening two different menus (Emote menu and Social menu) that already have buttons set for them??? No matter what I do the session marker won't function as intended.
